IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant
London (Year one OTE £40k++).
Computappoint is looking for highly motivated candidates to join our team as an IT Recruitment / Delivery Consultant.
As an integral member of our team, you’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers and Delivery Team Leader to deliver recruitment excellence for our clients.
We will provide comprehensive onboarding and sector-specific training to build your skills and expertise providing you with the flexibility to manage the complete candidate recruitment life cycle; sourcing & selecting top talent, managing candidates from interview to offer and beyond.
Your key responsibilities
- Resourcing for permanent and contract vacancies
- Building a talent pool of candidates in various sectors
- Networking at meetups & industry events
- Liaising with Sales Consultants to prioritise vacancies
- Candidate outreach via social media & online advertising
- Maintaining our database of candidates & freelancers
- Arranging interviews & negotiating offers of employment
- Taking and checking of candidate references
It would help if you have:
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment
- Great presentation and customer-facing skills
- In-depth MS Office knowledge and a strong eye for detail
